Ingredients
- 40g Quaker Rolled Oats
- 30g chocolate whey protein
- 120g Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
- 100ml semi-skimmed milk
- 10g SKIPPY Peanut Butter
- 1 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup (approx. 10g), chopped
- Optional: dash of vanilla, pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, combine oats, whey, yogurt, milk, and peanut butter.
- Stir thoroughly and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- Before serving, top with chopped Reese’s Cup and optional add-ins.
Serving Ideas
- Top with cacao nibs or crushed peanuts
- Use almond milk and sugar-free chocolate to lower sugar
