Nutrition based on Yazoo chocolate milk, banana, MyProtein whey.
Ingredients
- 200ml Yazoo Chocolate Milk (reduced sugar if possible)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 30g chocolate or vanilla whey protein
- Handful ice cubes
- Optional: 5g cocoa powder for richness
Instructions
- Blend everything on high until smooth.
- Serve cold — top with crushed ice or grated chocolate if desired.

- Add oats to make it a breakfast smoothie
- Use Yazoo strawberry with vanilla whey for a fruity version
